Testimonials

We would recommend Endeavor be strongly considered for any commercial, educational, and institutional projects for either General Construction or Construction Management. The entire staff with whom we worked on the project conducted themselves in a very professional and team oriented fashion. This extended from office administration staff to the field superintendents. They provided excellent coordination and management, as well as schedule and cost control on the project.

The cooperation and collaboration that Endeavor brought to the table was greatly appreciated. This atmosphere resulted in a truly enjoyable project experience for everyone involved, a successful end result, and a very pleased owner. I look forward to the opportunity to work with Endeavor Construction again.

Endeavor was very responsive solving any problems that arose. The team of subcontractors and employees Endeavor gathered were very experienced and were crucial in the positive outcome of the project.

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service that they provided!

Endeavor Construction Company has the management, technical and project delivery skills required for projects where complexity, tight scheduling, coordination and high quality results are a consideration. We would recommend and, in fact, already have recommended Endeavor for future projects.

In my experience, a successful project is, in large part, dependent on the project management, communication, coordination and scheduling skills of the General Contractor. Endeavor was excellent in all these areas on our school project. Not only did their subcontractors do high quality work, they too communicated well and met the demanding schedule. Endeavor’s project superintendent was very personable, cooperative and responsive, particularly important traits when the client is on-site full time during the entire project.

— Gerry Harley - Harley & Associates Architects (Thomas Wildey School Renovations)

I want to take this opportunity to thank you and your construction crew for the very fine and professional work that you have recently completed at our Thomas A. Wildery Center.  Your crew completed every facet of the job in a competent and quality fashion.  We were impressed with the timeliness of the completion of all phases of the job, most especially your attention to the critical timeline for our kitchen area.  Your team listened carefully to our needs, paid strict attention to the work schedule and, in spite of the severe weather we experienced, was able to complete the entire job a few weeks ahead of schedule!  We have never experienced that in prior renovations to any of our buildings.

We especially want to comment on your crew's professional supervision of both staff and projects and the communication between your people, our architect and our staff was exemplary.

— Sharon Woodrow - Superintendent, Clermont County DD

I am pleased to be writing this letter of professional recommendation for Endeavor Construction Company (ECC). My firm has had the pleasure of working with them on three successful projects over the last several years. I was involved in each of the following projects, and worked closely with David Beiersdorfer and/or Nathan Beiersdorfer:

  • A new Safety Services Facility for the City of Montgomery, Ohio
  • A new Operations and Engineering Facility for Owen Electric Cooperative,
    located in Owenton, Kentucky
  • A new Municipal Building for the City of Crestview Hills, Kentucky

On these projects, which were single prime contracts, ECC demonstrated the ability to manage their subcontractors, including the technical, electrical, and plumbing contractors. They also maintained the project schedule, kept additional costs (change orders) to a minimum, and exhibited good administrative procedures.

— Brian P. Sabla - CDS Associates, INC.

The entire staff of which we worked on the project conducted themselves in a very professional and team oriented fashion on the project. This extended from office administration staff to the field superintendents Al Caldwell and Kecil Smith. They coordinated the entire construction of the project including site, utility, structure, masonry, roofing, finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades on the project. They provided excellent coordination and management, as well as schedule and cost control on the project. They were an integral part of the construction team along with the Owner and the Architect.

I have had the pleasure of working with Endeavor Construction on the completion of our Wildcat Academy / Athletic Field House.

Thanks to the Supervision of Ken Jones, Endeavor site superintendent and President Dave Beiersdorfer, the facility was complete to our specifications.  Mr Jones' supervisions and management of the subcontractors ensured jobs were completed on schedule and the work was quality.  His professionalism is greatly appreciated.  We were kept apprised of all aspects of the project and the work was to our satisfaction.

— Dot Perkins - Superintendent Gallatin Co. Schools

I want to take this opportunity to thank Dave and Stephanie Beiersdorfer for the work they did for St. Elizabeth Ann Seton church.  For several years, we had been planning on renovating our church.  When the plans were ready, Dave and Stephanie, parishioners here at our church, offered their time and expertise in overseeing the project.  In early 2013, they prepared a detailed, 12 week timeline, with work beginning in mid-May and ending early August.  Before and during the work, they scheduled meetings with all companies, contractors, suppliers and myself, and offered their expert advice.  Work consisted of demolition of flooring, storage of pews, repair of existing structures, construction of new sanctuary wall and ceiling, installation of new flooring, some electrical work, painting, re-installation of pews and cleaning were all scheduled and overseen on an almost daily basis by Dave and Stephanie.

— Fr. Michael L. Cordier - Pastor, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton
