KEY PERSONNEL
David M. Beiersdorfer is founder and president
of Endeavor Construction. More than 1.4 million square feet
of new or renovated construction has been achieved under the
direction and leadership of David. Since the company’s
inception, Endeavor Construction has completed in excess of
$130 million dollars in projects throughout the tri-state
area. Dozens of prospective buildings are estimated and developed
on an annual basis with the team David has put together. With
Beiersdorfer at the helm, Endeavor Construction generates
over $10 M in annual revenue. In 2001, David was named the
winner of the Pinnacle Award, acknowledging the tri-state’s
fastest growing privately held small business. He has over
29 years of experience in the commercial construction industry.
David is a native of Cincinnati and earned a Bachelor of Science
in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
Stephanie Beiersdorfer is in charge of human
resources, contract administration and most recently project
management for Endeavor Construction. Stephanie is, among
other things, responsible for executing the strategic direction
for employees at Endeavor Construction corporate office and
in field staff throughout the tri-state area. Prior to joining
Endeavor, Stephanie taught for 10 years as a middle school
math teacher in the Loveland Ohio school district, winning
the Teacher of the Year award in 2000. Stephanie received
a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Miami
University and a master's degree in educational leadership
from Wright State University.
Nathan Beiersdorfer serves in numerous capacities
for Endeavor including project management, estimator, marketing
and corporate development. Nathan has directed over $50M worth
of construction projects for both public and private owners.
He has been a part of the company since its inception, starting
as a college intern. Nathan’s community involvement
includes development of a series of classes for Cincinnati
Public Schools to help minority business enterprises improve
their ability to bid public work. Nathan is a former Corporal
of US Marines and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science
from the University of Cincinnati.
David Beiersdorfer, Jr. (JR) is currently
a Project Manager for Endeavor. JR has served in various capacities
for the company as well including estimator and superintendent.
He has also managed over $50M worth of construction projects.
JR’s commitment to the company, knowledge of the industry
and attention to detail help Endeavor operate smoothly. David graduated Suma Cum Laude with a BBA from Thomas More College.
