Project Description:
The courthouse project was completed in June of 2003.
The City of Middletown is leasing the building to the
Ohio Twelfth District Appellate Court. This project established
a successful relationship between Endeavor Construction
and Pinnacle Architects. The building is a steel frame
structure with brick and EIFS veneer. Upon entering via
the grand bronze doorway and crossing the ceramic tile
foyer, one notices the regal interior is adorned with
over a quarter of a million dollars worth of carefully
crafted cherry trim and wainscot. Thirty foot cast stone
columns and a glazed tile western wall adds to the building’s
majestic presence. This building sets a standard for excellence
in craftsmanship. |
